Yes, this is the same for the River Beatrice. There is laundry service available for a fe and a self-service laundry room. Laundry hours are 8 am - 9 pm.

The River Beatrice has an ironing facility onboard the ship.

Hello and thanks for reaching out to us here on our community center. The electricity voltage throughout the ships is 220 V. There are two 110 V (110 V men's shaving outlet in bathroom and a 110 V outlet in cabin for loading mobile phone, camera, laptop). Please check your electronic device before you leave for your trip to find out what the range is for electricity voltage. You might need a transformer and adapter plug depending on your device, and the country you are coming from. The outlets are the standard for Europe. You should have already received the ship telephone already in the documents you received from Uniworld. Regarding your question about being able to do laundry while on the ship. We have laundry service available on the River Queen for a fee. We also have two washing machines and two dryers that are available free of charge on the River Queen. Laundry detergent is complimentary. Laundry room hours are from 8 am to 9 pm. Hello,

There are several addresses for the possible docking location of the River Beatrice in Passau.
Please contact the ship to find out the exact location when you are in Prague before you leave for Passau. You should have received River Beatrice's phone number in the documents you received from us.

The best time to leave Prague depends on your transportation. By road and depending on road conditions, the approximate travel time is about 3.5 hours.
From our cruise guide regarding arrival time:
"Most of the ship’s facilities, including your stateroom, will not be available before 3:00 pm. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you arrive at the ship earlier than 3:00 pm, you may leave your baggage at the Front Desk and take a walk in the area or relax in the lounge. Please keep your hand baggage with you at all times. Complimentary coffee, water, and light snacks will be available in the lounge for your enjoyment."

Upon arrival at the hotel within our transfer guidelines, you will meet your local host at the hotel. You'll have a welcome cocktail and you'll be able to sign-up for optional excursions that evening.
The local host will be available throughout the night and earlier in the mid-afternoon greeting guests arriving at the hotel.

The welcome cocktail time is usually scheduled on the day of arrival at 7 p.m. and at 6 p.m. for our cruise extensions.
