Dear Valued Guest,

Last year, I had the opportunity to interact with several Uniworld past guests while cruising on our Paris and Normandy itinerary onboard the River Baroness. This was a fantastic opportunity to receive valuable feedback. Some of the suggestions that were made are now being introduced for the 2008 sailing season, including the introduction of our first past guest newsletter, RiverViews.

RiverViews will provide a forum for us to communicate information about Uniworld, and other travel-related topics, as well as spotlight our valued guests. In this first issue, we have spotlighted two past guests and their unique Uniworld experiences. I hope these stories will inspire you to share your Uniworld experiences with us, so we can share them with other past guests in future newsletters and on our website.

As a company, we are very fortunate to have loyal past guests who have taken many river cruises with Uniworld. I believe having a loyal client base is essential for any company to be successful, so I sincerely appreciate your patronage and loyalty!
