SERVICEMeals were all very good, service in the dining room and lounge was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Staterooms were serviced twice per day and were well appointed with plenty of outlets. The cruise director was excellent with all excursions well organized.
PRODUCTI thought everything was done well.

PRODUCTA lot of time spent on eating and wine tasting. While delicious and informative, cut into touring/sightseeing time. Well paced trip. Not many early mornings required. Tours well organized and offered several optional excursions. Florence hotel very nice and boutique, however not located near town center. Rome hotel not 4 star in my opinion. First room was in attic. We were moved the next day. Since we paid for French balcony rooms on the ship, we should have been given nicer rooms in the first place. Shopping with the chef and exclusive tour of St. Marks were the highlights for me. Guide Susan Steer(?) was excellent! Po river cruise segment a bit disappointing since we had to see Chioggia twice. Great food, wine and service overall. Ship and coaches very nice and well designed.

SERVICEHotel and restaurant service was great.
PRODUCTI felt a bit rushed. Verona was a pleasant stop along the way to Venice, but the "Juliet" balcony could have been skipped. Excellent attention by a local host who assisted a woman with a health issue by escorting her to the pharmacy and serving as interpreter.

SERVICECabin an dining room crew met all expectations and often exceeded them
PRODUCTWell organised but there are a few items that were disappointing
1. The size of the cabin was particularly disappointing and bathroom on what is advertised as a super ship was minute.

2. The chairs which made you feel as f you were going to tip over and a glass able next to the bed which was impossible to see if getting up in the night.

3. It would have been good if the menu in the casual dining area changed rather than having the same menu for the whole voyage

4. This is the first voyage we have been on when a crew member is not at the dining room entrance encouraging people to sanitise their hands before they enter the dining room
The sanitiser was half hidden away from the door and VERY few people used it. A number of people came down with infections which may have been the result of this

SERVICERoom service was superb. Laundry service was excellent. Clothes were washed, ironed and folded.

Dining servers were superb. Very friendly and brought us all the food we wanted and made some changes for us such as type of ice cream.
PRODUCTWonderful ship and excursions. Very good guides. Loved the private tours of chateaux we couldn’t see on our own. Top deck of ship was very nice and spacious.

SERVICEDining and cocktail waiters and stewards all provided first class service.
PRODUCTFacilties esp lounge did not have enough space when all passengers were present for daily briefings.
Numbers were also too limited on certain excursions, while others were available at additional cost. This is not the case in our experience with competitors such as Scenic.
The onboard time could have offered additional past-times such as a trivia evening.
