Travel Documents
Obtaining required travel documents is your sole responsibility. Requirements vary by country and are subject to change at any time. Please check with the government agencies of the countries you will be visiting for the most recent information.
Passports
Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date, and the name on your booking must match exactly as it appears on your passport to avoid any travel disruptions. We also recommend checking with your airline to confirm any additional passport or visa requirements.
UK ETA
The United Kingdom's Electronic Travel Authorization (UK ETA) is a digital entry requirement for visa-exempt travelers visiting or transiting the UK. If you have a planned stop-over in the UK, or if you have a flight connection in the UK that requires you to collect your luggage and go through UK border control before continuing with your next flight, you will need to apply for a UK ETA. If you remain within the airport's international transit area and do not pass through UK border control, you do not need a UK ETA. If you're uncertain about your transit requirements, consult your airline to determine if you'll need to pass through UK border control and apply for a UK ETA accordingly. The UK ETA is usually processed in less than 6 hours but can take up to 72 hours.
ETIAS
The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is a visa waiver/pre-screening program for ALL travelers who are visiting countries in the Schengen Area, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania.
ETIAS is expected to come into effect in the last quarter of 2026. Once in effect, guests will complete a short online application with security, health, and passport questions, pay a processing fee, and obtain an approved ETIAS visa waiver within approximately 72 hours. The waiver will be required for entry and will be valid for short-term stays of up to 90 days. Travelers can then move freely between the Schengen countries as there are no internal hard borders within the zone.
For more information please visit the official website: travel-europe.europa.eu/etias_en.
Visas
For countries that require a visa, guests can obtain one through the embassy of that country or through a visa processing service. We partner with Visa Central/CIBT. To go to Visa Central/CIBT you can CLICK HERE or call them at 866-394-9726.
Please note that some countries have the option to purchase a visa on arrival at a low cost, however we recommend obtaining all required documents in advance whenever possible.
