Day 1: Kitzbühel
If you have arranged a Uniworld arrival transfer, you will be greeted at the airport by a Uniworld representative and transferred to the hotel. There you will check in, drop off your bags and, if you wish, go out and explore the city on your own. Your Uniworld local host can offer suggestions for your leisure time. Alternatively, spend the remainder of your first day unwinding at your hotel’s luxurious spa center.

Day 2: Kitzbühel

Start your tour with a glass of wine, snacks, and traditional Kaiserschmarrn at a local restaurant. Next, we’ll take a stroll to the atmospheric Christmas Market in Kitzbühel, where you may hear the voices of carolers and smell roasting chestnuts. Explore the handcrafted goods and seasonal treats of the market at your leisure. Your first stop should be to one of the drinks stalls for a mulled wine, hot chocolate, or hot fruit punch. The prettily painted mugs will be a custom Kitzbühel design—the perfect souvenir!—and serve double-duty as hand warmers.

Day 3: Kitzbühel
You’ll have some free time today before your river cruise adventure begins. Kitzbühel is full of amazing, lively street life and intriguing shops, all of which you can easily explore on your own. Your local host can offer suggestions.

If you would like to acquire a Day Pass and ski rentals, please inquire with your Local Host to make arrangements at your own cost. Ski rental includes skis, shoes, clothing, glasses, helmet, and poles.

Day 4: Kitzbühel
In the afternoon, you’ll board the motorcoach and transfer to the ship to begin your all-inclusive river cruise.
